How it Works

(Delivery location MUST be in the state of Connecticut)

1. Add desired product(s) to cart and pick rental date at checkout. Please include delivery instructions in “Additional Information” section.
2. Once completed, we will send you a rental contract. Here is when you may ask/address any questions/concerns about your order for clarification as well.
3. Once the rental contract is received and signed, our staff will reach out to you both a week prior, and 24 hours prior to your rental date for confirmation of rental and delivery times.
4. On the day of the rental our staff arrive at the agreed upon delivery time and will handle 100% of the setup process
5. Approximately 24 hrs following the delivery our staff will arrive to pick up the order and will handle 100% of this process as well.
