Delivery Area and Scheduling
Delivery availability depends on rental date, delivery address, equipment availability, route scheduling, and order details. Prestige Party Rental LLC will confirm delivery and pickup details when the order is reviewed.
Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery address, contact information, event date, setup location, and access instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or prevent setup.
Setup Area Requirements
The setup area must be safe, flat, clean, and accessible. The area must be free of debris, sharp objects, animal waste, low branches, overhead hazards, underground utilities, sprinkler lines, irrigation equipment, and other obstacles.
Access Requirements
Customers must provide adequate access for delivery and pickup. Gates, walkways, stairs, hills, long carries, elevators, narrow access points, or blocked areas may affect whether equipment can be delivered or safely installed.
Power Requirements
Some equipment, including inflatables, may require a standard electrical outlet and continuous power during use. Customers are responsible for providing safe and adequate power unless other arrangements are approved in advance.
Unsafe or Unsuitable Conditions
Prestige Party Rental LLC may refuse setup, relocate equipment, delay delivery, or cancel a rental if the setup area is unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable, or different from the information provided by the customer.
Pickup Requirements
Customers must ensure rental equipment is accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Equipment should not be moved, altered, folded, disconnected, or packed away unless instructed by Prestige Party Rental LLC.
