Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any separate rental agreement, waiver, or e-signature agreement required by Prestige Party Rental LLC. A rental may not be considered fully confirmed until any required payment, deposit, order confirmation, and signed rental agreement are completed.

Orders, Payments, and Deposits

A deposit or full payment may be required to reserve rental equipment. Prices, availability, delivery fees, taxes, and other charges may vary based on product selection, rental date, delivery location, and order details.

Prestige Party Rental LLC reserves the right to review, accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order if equipment is unavailable, unsafe conditions are present, information is inaccurate, or additional confirmation is required.

Delivery and Setup

Customers must provide a safe, flat, clean, and accessible setup area. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the setup location is free from hazards, debris, sharp objects, animal waste, low branches, underground utilities, irrigation systems, and other obstructions.

The customer must provide adequate access for delivery and setup. Prestige Party Rental LLC may refuse setup if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable, or different from the delivery information provided.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, event, and delivery information; ensuring the setup area is safe and accessible; supervising rented equipment during use; following all safety rules and instructions; preventing misuse, damage, theft, or unauthorized movement of equipment; keeping equipment at the approved delivery location; and ensuring equipment is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

Equipment Use

Rental equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. Customers may not move, alter, tamper with, overload, misuse, or allow unsafe use of rented equipment.

For inflatables, customers must enforce safety rules including adult supervision, no shoes, no sharp objects, no food or drinks, no flips or rough play, no climbing on walls or netting, no overcrowding, and no use during unsafe weather.

Power Requirements

Some rental equipment, including inflatables, may require a standard electrical outlet and continuous power. Customers are responsible for providing safe and adequate power unless other arrangements are approved in advance. Loss of power may create safety risks and may affect equipment operation.

Weather and Safety

Prestige Party Rental LLC may cancel, postpone, delay, stop use, or reschedule a rental due to unsafe weather or site conditions, including high winds, thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, unsafe ground conditions, or other safety concerns.

Damage, Loss, Theft, and Cleaning

Customers are responsible for rented equipment from delivery until pickup. Customers agree to pay for damage, loss, theft, misuse, missing items, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by improper use, unsafe conditions, pets, sharp objects, food, drinks, stains, mud, or unauthorized movement. Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

Use of rental equipment involves inherent risks. Customers agree to supervise all use, follow safety rules, and assume responsibility for the rented equipment during the rental period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prestige Party Rental LLC from claims, injuries, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from rental equipment use, unsafe conditions, customer negligence, failure to supervise, or violation of these Terms.

Photo and Media Permission

Prestige Party Rental LLC may request permission to use photos or videos of rental setups for marketing purposes. Photos or videos will only be used where appropriate permission has been obtained.

SMS/Text Communications

Customers may opt in to receive text messages from Prestige Party Rental LLC regarding rental confirmations, delivery updates, pickup updates, customer support, rental agreement reminders, weather-related updates, order reminders, and review requests. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website functionality, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Prestige Party Rental LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
