Rental Safety Rules

Customer safety is important to Prestige Party Rental LLC. These Rental Safety Rules help customers understand basic safety responsibilities for bounce houses, water slides, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment.

Adult Supervision

A responsible adult must supervise active rental equipment at all times. Children should never use inflatables or other active equipment without adult supervision.

Inflatable Safety Rules

For bounce houses, slides, combos, and other inflatables, customers must enforce all posted and provided safety rules. This includes no shoes, no sharp objects, no food or drinks, no flips, no rough play, no climbing on walls or netting, no overcrowding, and no use during unsafe weather.

Weather Safety

Inflatables and certain equipment must not be used during high winds, thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, or unsafe ground conditions. Customers must stop use immediately if conditions become unsafe or if instructed by Prestige Party Rental LLC.

Equipment Movement

Customers may not move, relocate, alter, disconnect, or tamper with rental equipment unless instructed by Prestige Party Rental LLC.

Tables and Chairs

Tables and chairs must be used only for their intended purpose. Customers should not stand on tables or chairs, overload them, or use them on unsafe or unstable surfaces.

Cleanliness and Damage Prevention

Customers should keep food, drinks, gum, confetti, silly string, sharp objects, pets, and staining materials away from rental equipment unless specifically approved. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional fees.

Emergency or Unsafe Conditions

If equipment appears damaged, unstable, unsafe, loses power, or is affected by weather, customers should stop use immediately and contact Prestige Party Rental LLC.
